Templates, apply settings tab sometimes shows nothing

Problem

There is sometimes nothing rendered when choosing the "Apply Settings" tab from the "Configuration >>> Templates" screen in the ServiceGateaway interface.
 
Use the following steps to reproduce the behavior. (More than one existing template is required.)
 
Select "Configuration >>> Templates" from the main menu options.
Select an existing template.
Select the "Apply Settings" tab for the chosen template.
Select another template.
 
Updated information associated to the new template should be rendered in the "Apply Settings" tab.
 
Select another of the available templates and repeat until nothing is rendered in the "Apply Settings" tab. This typically took anywhere from 2 to 10 attempts for the behavior was reproduced.
 

Environment

Service Gateway 4.1.x

Cause

This is the result of a software bug.
 

Solution

When switching between Templates of the same type, sometimes the content of the Apply or Undo tabs would be blank.
 
This issue has been resolved in the Service Gateway 4.2 release, which is now available for download in ExpertExchange.
