Process

To disable automatically upgrading of the firmware on CPE (Customer Premise Equipment), follow the below procedure:

  1. Navigate to Policy > Definitions.

  2. Find the policy Default Pre-Upgrade.

  3. Go to Workflow options for this policy. You would see a Workflow option Unconditional Result; under Configuration for this Workflow action, change the Result to Return to False.

    Failing of Default Pre-Upgrade policy skips the Inventory Upgrade.

Replicate the configuration of the Default Pre-Upgrade policy in each Realm.
