Overview

The article briefs about the reporting system to fetch information about the ACS(Auto Configuration Server) like Modem Status, Serial Number, and IP Address.

Information

There is an Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Reporting tool, which offers multiple reports. To access the reports, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Report > Definitions.

   

2. Expand the tree view in the left panel for different reports:

   

   For example, When you select the Inventory submenu, and then hardware Summary, you can execute a report that lists all the different Modem types and their hardware revision currently in the field.

   For specific reports where you want to see all modems and their status, you can either request an enhancement request to include this in a new version or work together with our services team to provide you these. The database contains every detail; custom reports can be created by writing an appropriate XML file.
