Problem
Unable to load templates and policy when selected for viewing.
The customer sees that the main problem seems to be the amount of data that is exchanged between the server and the client each time a template is selected on the UI is huge.

Root Cause
Large amounts of administrative domains cause user interface timeouts when rendering the tree display. References to nodes are cached instead of searching the structure when needed.
Solution
This is a bug that was fixed in SG v4.2.
