SG4.X: ServiceGateway GUI remains Blank

Problem

Unable to open the ServiceGateway Admin GUI page. Browser stays blank or no content is being displayed.

Environment

Windows OS
Browser (any browsers in particular)
 

Root Cause

This generally happens if Flash Player is not installed on the machine. Since the SG4.0 GUI requires Flash player plug-in in the browser to load the GUI.
 
In a few cases, a message will be displayed in the browser itself to download Flash, But this message might be shown always.
 

Solution

 
Downloading and installing the Flash player will resolve this issue.
 
NOTE: Flash versions differ for different browsers. So, make sure that you install the version which is compatible with your browser.
