Overview

When trying to access the Service Gateway user interface, you may receive a message saying that Adobe Flash is no longer supported. This happens across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE, etc.).

Information

The Service Gateway UI is based on Adobe Flash, which has been disabled in all major browsers since January 12, 2021.

To continue using the UI, you will have to upgrade SG to version 5.2 or later, as the new user interface, based on HTML5, is available starting with that release. For instructions on how to upgrade to the latest version, refer to this article.
